About This Image
A note handwritten in ink dated January 2, 1950 is on the recto of the mount in the margin: "Respectfully to Madame Gille-Delafon" and a signature (illegible). The mount is 27 x 20 cm. Journalist and architecture critic, Simone Gille-Delafon, wrote articles for the magazines, "Arts" and "La Revue Beaux-Arts", from 1935 to 1950. The print and board are considerably earlier than the dedication and are probably from the 1920-30s period.
Most U.S. domestic Fed Ex ground shipping (Media Mail for books) is free of charge except for larger and heavier items, or unless the buyer wants express shipping (email us your requests for the latter). International clients are responsible for their local customs duties and taxes, which will be charged by Fed Ex, which will contact the client prior to delivery.
